Ringwood has a long and proud history of wonderful community events entertaining young and old in the Town.
Ringwood Town Council organises the annual Fireworks display and Ringwood Winter Wanderland events as well as one-off events, such as the commemoration of 80 years since D-Day.

Ringwood Town Council also supports events in the town including the annual Remembrance Parade, occasional markets and Ringwood’s Charter Market.
We are very fortunate to have an array of organisations contributing to events including Ringwood Carnival, Fanfare for Spring, and Pedal Car Grand Prix.

Once added to our list, we will contact you with upcoming events that we think you would be suitable for.

A new, larger bus shelter has been installed on Gorley Road, funded by New Forest District Council’s CIL Local Infrastructure Fund, to provide better comfort, seating, and accessibility for local bus users.

Cllr Mary DeBoos has been appointed as Ringwood’s Town Mayor, with Cllr James Swyer as Deputy Town Mayor for the coming year.

More than 100 residents attended Ringwood’s Annual Town Assembly, where the Mayor presented the Council’s Annual Report alongside updates, community discussions and a celebration of the town’s 800-year heritage. The evening also saw Greyfriars Community Minibus Service and Ringwood Good Neighbours recognised with a Community Award for their outstanding support to local residents.
