The taxi shelter on Meeting House Lane has recently undergone a full refurbishment, significantly improving its appearance and usability for passengers.

The works included a thorough cleaning, repainting, and the replacement of broken panels. These improvements have resulted in a brighter, safer, and more welcoming space for those waiting for taxis, while also contributing more positively to the local streetscape.

The refurbishment forms part of ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance shelters across the town.

It is hoped that the upgraded shelter will provide a more comfortable waiting environment in all weather conditions.
