Following the recent resignation of a Ringwood Town Councillor the council are seeking to fill the vacancy by Co-opting a local resident.
To qualify you Must be British or a citizen of the Commonwealth or European Union, at least 18 years old, registered to vote in the area or have lived, worked or owned property there for at least 12 months before an election.
An interest in local government and a willingness to support local initiatives is a clear advantage as is local knowledge of the town, although not essential.
