    Fundraising Concert

    7:30 pmGreyfriars Community Centre, Ringwood

Join artist & composer Richard Mclester performing a free concert of Songs of The Light live in Greyfriars Community Centre, Ringwood. The performance of pop and choral music will be accompanied by spectacular film projections to create an immersive experience for you to enjoy!

The concert is part of a series of preview events giving people a taste of the performance coming to Salisbury Cathedral this December.

“This project is about giving people as many opportunities as we can,” says Richard “Everything that you will see on the night has been created entirely by volunteers and students who have given their time to create something special. The performance also acts as a platform for the public to share their real stories with others. These stories, along with the music and film will come together to create a journey for the audience; from darkness to light. We want to create an experience that we can all relate to, that means something to us all. Everyone's put a ton of hard work in and we're all very excited to bring it to audiences in Ringwood.”

The performance has been created by lead artist Richard and a whole host of volunteers and students as part of a larger community orientated project called The Light.

The concert is entirely free. You can reserve tickets on our website: https://thelight2018.com or just turn up and enjoy the show.
