Once again Ringwood Town Council is providing a range of free activities for all age groups of young people at Carvers Recreation Ground during the summer holidays and will be making full use of the new youth building called The Place, and will be the base for those activities below:

7th – 18th August @ 1pm to 3pm (week days only)

creative art, craft and outdoor games for all age groups under the eye of qualified staff

4th, 18th, 25th August and 1st September @ 11am to 1pm

“let’s get active” sports with qualified sports staff from New Forest District Council

Week days only @ 10am to 3pm

Café open for light refreshments, drinks and ice-creams, especially for parents whilst children have fun!

Week days only @ 10am to 3pm (start times may very each day)

General youth and sports activities under the guidance of qualified staff

General youth sessions – Wednesday’s @ 6pm – 9pm and Friday’s @ 8pm – 10.30pm

 

Councillor Andy Briers, Chairman of the Councils Recreation Committee, responsible for this service said “The programme provides something for all age groups and provides somewhere for parents to relax, have a cup of tea and a snack whilst their children and young people have fun in a safe and supervised environment”
