Ringwood School has been awarded a Kew Gardens ‘Grow Wild’ grant for a community wild flower site on the area of Ringwood Town Council’s open space on each side of Southampton Road.

The seeds were scattered on the grass banks in April, and we look forward to some colourful results, with all the additional benefits to wildlife and the environment of increasing our native wild flowers.

Grow Wild is a dynamic £10.5 million programme to bring people and communities together to sow, grow and support UK native wild flowers. www.growwilduk.com
