There were none.
F/4588 Election of Chairman
Cllr Heron was nominated for Chairman, proposed by Cllr Rippon-Swaine and seconded by Cllr B Terry. There were no other nominations.
RESOLVED: That Cllr Heron be re-elected as Chairman of the Policy and Finance Committee for the ensuing year.
F/4589 Election of Vice-Chairman
Cllr Rippon-Swaine was nominated for Vice-Chairman, proposed by Cllr Heron and seconded by Cllr Clarke. There were no other nominations.
RESOLVED: That Cllr Rippon-Swaine be re-elected as Vice-Chairman of the Policy and Finance Committee for the ensuing year.

It was noted that there were two vacancies on the Ringwood Festival Steering Committee and no Members wished to volunteer for this Committee at this time.
RESOLVED: That Members be retained on the Sub-Committees and Working Parties as follows for the remainder of period of office of councillors:
