P/4770 Election of Chairman

Cllr Clarke was nominated for Chairman, proposed by Cllr Steele and seconded by Cllr B Terry. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr Clarke be re-elected as Chairman of the Planning, Town & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.

P/4771 Election of Vice-Chairman

Cllr Steele was nominated for Vice-Chairman, proposed by Cllr Chard and seconded by Cllr J Terry. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr Steele be re-elected as Vice-Chairman of the Planning, Town & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.

P/4772 Membership of Sub-Committees and Working Parties

Cllr Wiseman suggested that the Ringwood Walking and Cycling Working Group had become obsolete. The Deputy Town Clerk confirmed that the remit of this group was now covered by the Town Access Plan Steering Group. She also confirmed that the co-opted member, Mrs Sullivan, was now involved with the Town Access Plan Steering Group.

RESOLVED:
1) That the Ringwood Walking and Cycling Working Group be terminated; and that the co-opted member, Mrs Sullivan, be informed;

2) That members be retained on the Sub-Committees and Working Parties as follows for the remainder of period of office of councillors:
