The Deputy Town Clerk reported that apologies for absence had been received from Ashley Finch, Student Advisor.

P/4742 Declarations of Interest

There were none.

P/4743 Planning Application number 09/94791

Members re-considered planning application number 09/94791 for the display of one non-illuminated post mounted events advertisement at land of Forest View, Shobley.

The Committee had previously recommended Permission (3). However, the New Forest National Park Authority had now received an objection from the Highways Agency, which recommended refusal on the grounds of the risk to highway safety.

In light of this new information, Members agreed to amend their recommendation.

RESOLVED: That the observation of Refusal (2) be submitted to the New Forest National Park Authority for planning application number 09/94791.

There being no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.00pm.
