OS/4986 Election of Chairman of Committee

RESOLVED: That Cllr Chard be elected as Chairman of the Recreation, Leisure & Open Spaces Committee for the ensuing year.

OS/4987 Appointment of Vice Chairman of Committee

RESOLVED: That Cllr Chambers be elected as Vice-Chairman of the Recreation, Leisure & Open Spaces Committee for the ensuing year.

OS/4988 Membership of Sub-Committees and Working Parties

RESOLVED:

1) That, having served its purpose, the Working Party for the provision of rugby and community facilities at Ringwood Junior School be disbanded

2) That the Town Clerk ensure a record be kept of the development progress on the new rugby club building

3) That members be retained on the Sub Committee / Working Party as follows and to note a vacancy exists
