RESOLVED: That Cllr Clarke be elected as Chairman of the Planning, Town & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.

RESOLVED: That Cllr Steele be elected as Vice-Chairman of the Planning, Town & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.

P/4559 Membership of Sub-Committees and Working Parties

With regard to the Ringwood Walking and Cycling Working Group, the Town Mayor confirmed that Mrs Sullivan is still an active member.

RESOLVED: That Cllr Wiseman be appointed to the the Ringwood Walking and Cycling Working Group for the remainder of her period of office and that members be retained as below:
