RESOLVED: That Cllr Terry be elected as Chairman of the Town Plan Co-ordinating Committee for the ensuing year.

T/0077 Election of Vice-Chairman

RESOLVED: That Cllr Clarke be elected as Vice-Chairman of the Town Plan Co-ordinating Committee for the ensuing year.

T/0078 Times of Meetings

RESOLVED: That the Committee continue to meet at 4.00pm on a Monday every six weeks.

T/0079 Membership of Sub-Committees and Working Parties

RESOLVED: That membership of the Partnership Steering Group, Focus Groups and Signage Project Group continue as shown in Annex ‘A’.
