P/4456 Election of Chairman

RESOLVED: That Cllr Clarke be elected as Chairman of the Planning, Town & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.

P/4457 Election of Vice-Chairman

RESOLVED: That Cllr Steele be elected as Vice-Chairman of the Planning, Town & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.

P/4458 Times of Meetings

RESOLVED: That the Committee continue to meet at 2.05pm every fourth Friday.

P/4459 Membership of Sub-Committees and Working Parties

With regard to the Ringwood Walking and Cycling Working Group, the Town Mayor suggested that Mrs Sullivan be co-opted to the group as she had been actively involved since its inception and had a great interest in the subject.

RESOLVED:

1) That Cllr Cracknell be appointed to the the Ringwood Walking and Cycling Working Group for the remainder of his period of office.

2) That Mrs V Sullivan be invited to become co-opted to the Ringwood Walking and Cycling Working Group.

3) That Cllr Chard and Cllr B Terry be appointed to attend Ringwood Traffic Management Issues meetings for the remainder of period of office of councillors.
