RESOLVED: That Cllr Chambers be elected as Chairman of the Policy & Finance Committee for the ensuing year.

RESOLVED: That Cllr Rippon-Swaine be elected as Vice-Chairman of the Policy & Finance Committee for the ensuing year.

i) Festival Sub-Committee

RESOLVED: That the following members be appointed to the Festival Sub-Committee for the remainder of period of office of councillors: Cllrs Mrs Charlton, Ford, Light, Wood, Mayor and Deputy Mayor.

ii) Website Sub-Committee

RESOLVED: That the following members be appointed to the Website Sub-Committee for the remainder of period of office of councillors: Cllrs Chambers, Clarke and Terry.

iii) Town Plan Working Party

RESOLVED: That the following members be appointed to the Town Plan Working Party for the remainder of period of office of councillors: Cllrs Chard, Clarke, Terry, Wood, Mayor and Deputy Mayor.

iv) Standing Orders Working Party

RESOLVED: That the following members be appointed to the Standing Orders Working Party for the remainder of period of office of councillors: Cllrs Chard, Clarke and Light.

v) Christmas Lights Working Party

RESOLVED:

1) That the membership of the Christmas Lights Working Party be increased to 4 members.

2) That the following members be appointed to the Christmas Lights Working Party for the remainder of period of office of councillors: Cllrs Chambers, Chard, Cracknell and Daly.
