A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 1st February 2012 at 7.00pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.10pm and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 7.00pm.  If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 7.00pm.

Members of the public are also entitled to speak during the meeting on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 2 November 2011.

3. ASH GROVE PLAY AREA

To receive a verbal update on the installation and to consider suggestions for a new name.

4. LAND ADJOINING 13 FROBISHER CLOSE

To consider a request to buy Open Space land adjoining 13 Frobisher Close in order to create an extension suitable for disability living.

5. TOMBS IN RINGWOOD CHURCHYARD

To receive a verbal update on tree works and remedial work to the tombs.
