A meeting of the above Committee will be held at the Public Offices, 65 Christchurch Road, Ringwood on Wednesday 13th January 2010 at 7.30pm or at the conclusion of the Full Council Meeting which will be held beforehand and the public participation session* and your attendance is requested.

Public Participation:

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 7.30pm or at the conclusion of the Full Council Meeting.

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 2nd December 2009

4. ACCESSWAY ACROSS BICKERLEY COMMON

Further to legal advice now received, to consider a request for a formal right of way across Bickerley Common for 1 Riverside Cottages, The Bickerley

5. PEST CONTROL AT ALLOTMENTS

To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk on progress with vermin control at the Long Lane Allotments, and the response from allotment holders on this matter.

6. FEES AND CHARGES

To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk on review of Fees and Charges for Allotments (Minutes OS/5155 and OS/5156 02.12.09 refer).

7. LAND BETWEEN CASTLEMAN TRAIL AND THE MILLSTREAM

a) To consider proposals to create access from the south of Castleman Trail to the triangular area of land in the Council’s ownership

b) To approve arrangements for construction works

and

c) To approve a formal name for the area, relating to sponsors.

8. IMPROVEMENTS AT DANNY CRACKNELL POCKET PARK (DCPP)

a) To consider arrangements for funding of improvements to the bridge to DCPP

b) To consider the offer of a seat for DCPP in memory of Wendy Otter

9. SKATE PARK AT CARVERS

To consider suggestions for painting murals within the skate park at Carvers Recreation Ground. Town Clerk to report.
