3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 13th January 2010.

4. ALLOTMENTS AT LONG LANE

To consider further action required to minimize opportunities for rats to become established (Report A)

5. FEES AND CHARGES

To review Fees and Charges for ‘Parking on The Bickerley’ (Minutes OS/5155 and OS/5156 02.12.09 refer).

6. DANNY CRACKNELL POCKET PARK

Town Clerk to report on progress and, in particular, dates for work to start on site

7. DROP IN CENTRE

To consider proposals for the use of approved budget for enhancement of facilities at the Drop In Centre by refurbishment of the kitchen. Town Clerk to report.

8. SKATE PARK

a) To consider proposals for the replacement of the grind rail at the Skate Park, at Carvers Recreation Ground

b) To consider provision of new equipment, following consultation with users of the Skate Park

9. SLIDE AT CARVERS

To consider replacement of the mound slide at Carvers Recreation Ground (Report B)

10. ALLOTMENTS AT HIGHTOWN ROAD

a) To consider arrangements for reallocation of temporary allotments at Hightown Road

b) To consider creating ‘mini-allotments’ for those who only require a small plot

11. BOWLS CLUB

To report on works required to certain tarmac areas within the land leased to the Bowls Club

12. CEMETERY ENTRANCE

Town Clerk to report on requirements for resurfacing the tarmac at the main entrance to the Cemetery

13. LAND BETWEEN CASTLEMAN TRAIL AND THE MILLSTREAM

a) Town Clerk to report on the Meeting held on 15th January regarding access to land between Castleman Trail and the Millstream

b) To authorise the Town Clerk to take necessary actions to progress this project

14. TOWN PLANTERS & TUBS

To consider summer planting proposals from Pam’s Plants for the Town’s planters and tubs

15. NEW FOREST NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY (NFNPA)

Town Clerk to report on draft Recreation Management Strategy for NFNPA

16. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC & PRESS

To consider exclusion of public and press for the following items:

17. PEST CONTROL AT ALLOTMENTS

To consider quotations received for control of rats at Long Lane Allotments (CONFIDENTIAL Report C)

18. BOWLS CLUB RENT REVIEW

To review rent paid by Ringwood Bowls Club (CONFIDENTIAL Report D)
