5. RINGWOOD FESTIVAL
a) To receive minutes of the meeting of the Ringwood Festival Steering Committee held on 11th January 2010 and approve proposals therein (Report B attached);
b) To give preliminary consideration to the date of the Festival in 2011 and 2012, given that a wedding has been booked at the Church on the usual date for Festival in 2012 (ie second weekend in July)
6. GRANT AID
To consider the following applications for Grant Aid (Report C attached):
1) Victim Support South Western Division
2) New Forest North Citizens Advice Bureau
7. CYCLE ROUTE PROPOSALS
To consider a Recommendation from the Planning, Town & Environment Committee P/4729 Cycle Route Proposals: That the need for cycle parking in the Market Place be considered for addition to the remit of the Jubilee Lamp Working Party (F/4457 Policy & Finance 16.09.09)
8. LAND BETWEEN CASTLEMAN TRAIL AND THE MILLSTREAM
To consider a Recommendation from the Recreation, Leisure & Open Space Committee OS/5170 Land Between Castleman Trail and the Millstream:
a) That proposals to create access from the south of Castleman Trail to the triangular area of land in the Council’s ownership be approved;
and
b) That in the event of the scheme proceeding, the family of the late Raymond Brown be invited to provide an appropriate name for the site.
9. OFFICIAL CALENDAR FOR RINGWOOD TOWN COUNCIL 2011
To consider commissioning Local Authority Publishing to produce an official calendar for 2011 free of charge for delivery to every household within the town. |
