A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Friday 9th April 2010 at 2.00pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 2.10pm and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 2.00pm.  If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 2.00pm.

Members of the public are also entitled to speak during the meeting on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on 24th February and 5th March 2010.

4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS

To consider applications received for the periods ending 3rd March, 10th March, 17th March, 24th March and 31st March 2010 (Report A attached)

5. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

To consider agenda items for the next Informal Local Members’ Liaison Meeting to be held on 20th April 2010

6. NFNPA LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK – CORE STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT POLICIES DPD

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s report attached as Report B. Note: At its Meeting on 31st March 2010, the Town Council resolved to approve delegated power for this Committee to submit the Council’s formal response, as there would be no time to submit a full report to Council.

7. NEW FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL (OUTSIDE THE NATIONAL PARK) SITES & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PLAN DOCUMENT

To note the draft contents of the above document (attached as Report C) and to consider whether there are any other issues that the DPD should address.

8. BUS SHELTERS

To note that the District Council is preparing a list of transport schemes to be funded by developers’ contributions for inclusion in the Sites and Development Management Development Plan Document, and to consider requirements for new and/or improved bus shelters in the Town.

9. KINGS ARMS LANE

To note the consultation period for the Experimental One-way Traffic Order on Kings Arms Lane comes to an end on 6th May 2010 and to consider making representations to the District Council.
