A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Friday 8th January 2010 at 2.00pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 2.10pm and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 2.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 2.00pm.

Members of the public are also entitled to speak during the meeting on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS

To consider applications received for the periods ending 2nd December, 9th December, 16th December, 23rd December 2009 and 30th December (Report A attached)

5. CYCLE ROUTE PROPOSALS

Following consideration of Cycle Route Proposals at the Meeting on 4th December (Minute P/4724 refers), to consider feedback from Ashley Finch, Student Advisor, and locations for additional cycle parking

6. A31 RINGWOOD TO ASHLEY HEATH IMPROVEMENTS

To nominate two Councillors to attend a meeting proposed by the Highways Agency for February 2010 (date to be confirmed)
