5. PLANNING APPEALS

i) To consider an appeal in respect of Application No 09/94985:- Land of 14 Gravel Lane (Plot A) – House; new access (see Report B attached);

ii) To consider an appeal in respect of Application 09/94986 Land of 14 Gravel Lane (Plot B) – House; new access (Report C attached).

The Town Council’s observation for both i) and ii) was Refusal (2) – details attached (Report D).

iii) To consider an appeal regarding an alleged breach of planning control at Land adjacent to footpath, Holly Hill, Hangersley Hill (Report E attached).

6. LICENSING – 14 MARKET PLACE

To consider an application for a premises licence from a Restaurant, 14 Market Place:-‘To provide the sale and supply of alcohol and late night refreshment, Monday to Sunday’ (12.00-14.30 and 17.30-24.00).

7. BENCH OUTSIDE 5 MOUNT PLEASANT LANE

To consider a request for the removal of the bench (see Report F attached).
