A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 14 January 2009 at 7.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

1. Minutes of the Previous Meeting

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd December 2008.

2. Proposals for Roundabout Scheme

To consider Policy & Finance Committee’s recommendation (please see Minute F/4335 10.12.08) “that the Recreation, Leisure & Open Spaces Committee be requested to investigate options for item number 4 (the roundabout scheme) and report to this Committee before authorising expenditure”.

3. Gravestone Maintenance at Cemetery

To consider a request for the Town Council to provide maintenance of individual gravestones for an annual charge. Town Clerk to report.

4. Castleman Trail

To receive a report from the Town Clerk on proposed works to improve public access.

5. The Bickerley – Sewage Works

To receive an update from the Town Clerk on deferred start date for Wessex Water essential works to improve sewers.
