4. DEVELOPMENT OF DANNY CRACKNELL POCKET PARK

To receive a presentation from Landscape Architect Alice Harwood and her manager Neil Williamson

5. BIRD-PROOF BIN FOR DANNY CRACKNELL POCKET PARK

Following litter problems attributed to crows raiding the bin for food, to consider replacing the bin with a bird-proof version

6. DONATION OF TREES FROM RINGWOOD SCHOOL

To consider an offer of fruit and nut trees for the Town from the School

7. CROSSING FROM VICTORIA GARDENS TO HIGHTOWN ROAD

To receive an update from the Town Clerk on progress with creation of a safe crossing place onto Hightown Road (see OS/5126 – 02.09.09)

8. GATE TO ALLOTMENTS AT SOUTHAMPTON ROAD

To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk on the trial allowing tenants to only lock the gate if they are last person on site, whilst continuing to close the gate when entering or leaving

9. SPONSORSHIP FOR SPORTING COMPETITION

To consider sponsorship of a new Ringwood and Avon Valley League (OS/5123 02.09.09 refers)

10. CEMETERY PARKING

To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk regarding arrangements to restrict the use of the Cemetery car park by parents attending Ringwood Junior School, to the detriment of persons visiting the Cemetery.
