2. Declarations of Interest

3. Minutes of the Previous Meeting

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 7th October.

4. Committee Budget 2010/2011

To give initial consideration to proposals for inclusion in the Committee’s budget for 2010/11 (Report A attached)

5. Cemetery Wall

To consider the cost of repairs to the old wall between the Cemetery and the site of the new extension and the possibilities of integrating the old and the new parts of the Cemetery by removal of part of the wall.

6. Open Space off Swanmead/Wren Close

To consider requests from residents for reduction of height of trees adjacent to their properties

7. Sponsorship

To consider information now received regarding sponsorship of trophies for the new Ringwood and Avon Valley League (OS/5123 02.09.09 refers)

8. Donation of trees from Ringwood School

To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk on an offer of fruit trees for the Town from the School

9. Benches at the War Memorial Gardens

To consider Royal British Legion’s offer of funds for benches in the Town War Memorial Gardens

10. Joint litter Working Group

Cllr Mrs Ford is the Town Council’s representative on this Group. In line with arrangements in place since 1974, it is proposed to organize a ‘Spring Clean’ in 2010. The Town Council is invited to support the project and identify volunteers and a specific site in or around the National Park for the Spring Clean.

11. Lawn Cemetery

To consider the Town Clerk’s Report regarding a proposed amendment to the Cemetery Regulations
(attached Report B)
