To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 4th November

4. COMMITTEE BUDGET 2010/2011

To consider the Committee’s draft budget for 2010/11 (Report A attached)

5. LAND AT HIGHTOWN ROAD/YEW TREE GARDENS

To consider acceptance of two areas of land at Hightown Road/Yew Tree Gardens for Open Space (note: land to rear of Yew Tree Gardens was previously considered unsuitable as it was totally enclosed by walls, but the District Council has now agreed to remove the wall on the northern section)

6. FOOTWAY ALONG THE BICKERLEY

To consider the update report on the creation of a footway along part of the Bickerley Green, and how this will be affected by the plans for enhancement of Danny Cracknell Pocket Park

7. INTERPRETATION BOARDS AT DANNY CRACKNELL POCKET PARK (DCPP)

To consider suitable locations for two interpretation boards within DCPP

8. GATE TO ALLOTMENTS AT SOUTHAMPTON ROAD

To receive a verbal report on the three month trial allowing for the gate to remain unlocked whilst an allotment holder is on site; the gate must still be shut at all times

9. FOLLY FARM

To note that no objections to the lease of land at Folly Farm to the Shieling Trust have been received and to formally confirm the arrangements for the lease to the Shieling Trust.

10. FOOTPATH FOR DISABLED AT CARVERS

To approve revised arrangements for appointment of alternative contractor for proposed footpath at Carvers Recreation Ground

11. ACCESSWAY ACROSS BICKERLEY COMMON

To consider a request for a formal right of way across Bickerley Common for 1 Riverside Cottages, The Bickerley

12. ALLOTMENTS

Following reports of an increase in vermin at Long Lane, to consider the need for pest control contractors at all the Council’s allotments and to review charges to allotment holders towards costs
