A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 1 April 2009 at 7.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

Public Participation:

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 7.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak, the meeting will start at 7.00pm.

Members of the public are entitled to speak on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

1. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 4th March 2009.

2. ALLOTMENT AT LONG LANE

To consider a request for a large poly tunnel on an allotment plot.

3. DONATION OF TREE AND BENCH

To consider the offer of a tree and bench to be donated as an in memoriam gift, to be sited in “The Danny Cracknell Pocket Park”.

4. CARVERS’ PAVILION

To agree arrangements for tenders for improvements to Pavilion.

5. GIRL GUIDING UK CENTENARY FLOWERBED

To consider a request to create a flowerbed in one of the Town’s parks to celebrate the centenary of Girl Guiding UK.

6. LAND AT STRIDES LANE

To receive a report concerning ownership of land to the rear of Strides Lane, which has been open and used by the public for a long time, following a request from a resident to clear, replant and fence in the area.

7. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC & PRESS

To consider exclusion of the public and press for the following items:

8. CHILDREN’S ENTERTAINMENT AT CARVERS

To consider tenders for providing entertainment for children during the summer months at Carvers Recreation Ground.

9. RINGWOOD TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB

To receive a report from the Technical Officer regarding works to the Club House at Long Lane proposed by Ringwood Town Football Club.
