A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Friday 30 January 2009 at 2.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 2.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 9th January 2009.

2. Planning Applications

To consider applications received for the periods ending 7th January, 14th January and 21st January 2009 (Report A attached)

3. Appeal Regarding 1 The Mount, Poulner

To consider an appeal regarding NFDC Application Number 08/92790 – Single-storey Extension (Report B attached). The Town Council observation was:- Permission (1).

4. Appeal Regarding Holly Hill, Hangersley

To consider an appeal regarding NFNPA Application Number 08/93423 - Retention of Access Track (Report C attached). The Town Council observation was:- Officer Decision (5).

5. BT Phone Boxes

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s report (attached as Report D) regarding the future of three telephone boxes in the Ringwood area.
