A meeting of the above Committee will be held at Ebenezer Hall, Greyfriars, 44 Christchurch Road, Ringwood on Friday 22nd May 2009 following the Planning, Town & Environment Committee meeting, during the adjournment of the Annual Meeting, and your attendance is requested.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 2.00pm.  If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 2.00pm.

Members of the public are also entitled to speak during the meeting on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on 24th April and 6th May 2009.

4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS

To consider applications received for the periods ending 22nd April, 29th April, 6th May and 13th May 2009
(Report A attached).

5. APPEAL REGARDING 34 THE MOUNT, POULNER

To consider an appeal in respect of Application No 08/92960:- 34 The Mount, Poulner – Two storey side extension (Report B – Grounds of Appeal, attached). The Town Council’s observation was Permission (1).

6. SOUTHAMPTON ROAD ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS

1) To receive notes of a meeting of the Steering Group held on 29th April 2009 (attached as Report C)
2) To receive initial feedback from the public exhibition held on 13th and 16th May 2009
3) To consider whether the Town Council wishes to submit any comments on the proposals

(Note: the proposals are available to view on the Town Council’s website)

7. TOWN ACCESS PLAN

1) To receive notes of the Town Access Plan Steering Group meeting held on 21st April 2009
(attached as Report D)

2) To agree Town Council representatives to attend the stakeholder workshop on 2nd July 2009.

8. TRANSPORT CONTRIBUTIONS

To consider the Deputy Town Clerk’s report (attached as Report E).

9. APPEAL HEARING – HOLLY HILL, HANGERSLEY

With regard to Application 08/93423 ‘Retention of Access Track’, to consider whether any Member wishes to attend the Appeal Hearing at South Efford House, Milford Road, Lymington on 10th June 2009 at 10am.
Note: Minute P/4616 of the Meeting held on 30th January 2009 refers.
