Following an approach by a developer, to consider the level of engagement by the Council with the developer regarding the future of this site (copies of relevant policies RW-12 and H-1 from the New Forest District Local Plan First Alteration attached as Report B).
6. SOUTHAMPTON ROAD ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENTS
To receive a verbal report following the Technical Group meeting held on 16th June 2009.
7. SOUTH EAST DORSET TRANSPORT STUDY
To note that the public’s views are now being sought on the problems encountered when travelling around South East Dorset (questionnaire and update on the Study attached as Report C).
