A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Friday 11th September 2009 at 2.00pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 2.10pm and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 2.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 2.00pm.

Members of the public are also entitled to speak during the meeting on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

5. Application for Variation of Premises Licence

To approve action taken with regard to an Application for Variation of Premises Licence - Finn M'Couls - LICPR/05/00178 (Report B attached)

6. Western Escarpment Conservation Area Management

To receive an update from Cllr Woodifield and Cllr O’Reilly following the Steering Group meeting on 9th September.

7. Bournemouth Airport

To note Bournemouth Airport Draft Noise Action Plan Consultation (document is available to view in the office or see www.bournemouthairport.com)
