THE TOWN OF RINGWOOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Town Assembly will be held in The Ebenezer Hall, GREYFRIARS, 44 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, on Wednesday 6th May 2009 at 7.00pm.
 
Note: The Assembly will be followed at 7.45pm, or at its close, if later, by the Annual Meeting, which is also open to members of the public.
A G E N D A

1. To approve the Minutes of the last Meeting held on 23rd April 2008 (attached as Report A)

2. Matters arising from the Minutes

3. Presentation of Certificate of Recognition to Mr Kevin Morrison, Watch Manager, Officer In Charge, Ringwood Fire Station

4. To receive the Annual Report of the Town Mayor

5. To receive the reports of Committee Chairmen

6. To receive the Accounts from the Parochial Charity (attached as Report B)

7. To consider any other item of business by permission of the Town Mayor, Cllr B H Terry.
