A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 14 May 2008 at 7.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

1. Minutes of Previous Meeting

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 5 March 2008

2. Cllr D Cracknell

To consider naming the Pocket Park, Bickerley, and the recently acquired adjoining land in memory of the late Cllr D Cracknell

3. Planter – near Ringwood Physiotherapy, Southampton Road

To consider the Town Clerk’s report on vandalism affecting the planter (attached - PDF)

4. Carvers Pavilion - Refurbishment

To receive the Technical Officer’s report on progress (attached - PDF)

5. Cemetery Extension

To receive the Town Clerk’s report on extension of the Cemetery

6. Cemetery Management Course

To authorise the Town Clerk and the Office Manager to attend a course on cemetery management run by the Society of Local Council Clerks at a cost of £85 per person

7. Litter Bins in Poulner

In order to address the litter problem highlighted by a resident (attached), to authorise the provision of one or two litter bins to be situated at the Council’s Poulner play area at a cost of £211 each

8. Dog Bin

To provide an extra dog waste bin on Castleman Trail, behind Riverside, due to high volume of use, at a cost of £57.50 (bin) and £39 (post)

9. Carvers Recreation Ground Donation

To approve a donation of seats in memory of the late Cllr Daly and the late Roy Carter.

10. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS

11. Ringwood Town Football Club

To consider oral report of meeting with the Football Club to discuss the rent review and the condition of the Club’s Pavilion.
