A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 4 June 2008 at 7.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

Public Participation

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 7.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak, the meeting will start at 7.00pm.

Members of the public are entitled to speak on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

1. Minutes of Previous Meetings

To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on 7 May and 14 May

2. Ringwood Town Football Club

To seek approval to building works:-
a) Standing Area
b) New dug outs

3. Long Lane

Car parking to support 10 acre field – Town Clerk to report progress.

4. The Bickerley / Castleman Trail

Town Clerk to report on meeting with Hampshire County Council with regard to:-

a) provision of stile/gate to access land adjoining millstream
b) improvement of access from The Bickerley Village Green to Castleman Trail
c) proposed action to persuade owners to improve/repair fencing along the Viaduct
d) Future maintenance of grassed edges to Castleman Trail.

5. Management of Trees

To receive report on future management and preventative action with respect to trees on the Council’s land.

6. Folly Farm

To agree date to enable members to visit the site.

7. Town Centre Roundabout

To receive update on planting scheme.

8. Carvers Recreation Ground – Skate Park

To consider users’ request for consent to hold a skateboard competition day. PCSOs are likely to be involved in the organisation of the event.
