To review prioritised budget proposals for 2009/10 and confirm the base budget 2009/10 (Report A attached).

To receive a report on essential repairs to the play area surface.

4. FOOTPATH TO CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA AT CARVERS

To receive further information with regard to cost of works to re-route path and make better provision for disabled access.

5. LONG LANE

To receive update on planning application for extension of the car park and works to premises on the site.

6. THE BICKERLEY

To receive report on use of part of the Bickerley Open Space by Wessex Water as a compound to enable essential works to be carried out to sewers in Bickerley Road.

7. POCKET PARK & THE BICKERLEY

To receive report on arrangements to implement the improvement scheme in this area.
