To consider an invitation from Hampshire Countryside Access Forum to attend a half-day conference ‘Paths to Partnership: working with parishes to manage your green places and rights of way’ on Thursday 9 October in Alton.

3. Folly Farm

To discuss the findings of the visit by Councillors on 2 July 2008.

4. Town Centre Roundabout

To receive an update on progress with planting scheme.

5. Carvers - Car Parking

To consider a request from the Festival Pedal Car Group to use Carvers Recreation Ground as overflow parking on Sunday 13 July.

6. Ringwood Town Football Club

To receive a progress report from the Football Club Working Party on rent review, improvement of facilities and proposed building works (standing area/dug outs).
