3. Ringwood Festival

To receive minutes of the meeting of the Ringwood Festival Steering Committee held on 22 September 2008 and approve proposals therein (attached).

4. Allotments

To consider a recommendation of the Recreation, Leisure & Open Spaces Committee
(Minute OS/5027 b – see excerpt attached).

5. Red Diesel

To consider the request of the Recreation, Leisure & Open Spaces Committee
(Minute OS/5033 – see excerpt attached).

6. Bus Stop – Eastfield Lane

To consider whether to urge the County Council to take all necessary steps to ensure the continued provision of a bus stop on the east side of Eastfield Lane.

7. Road Safety outside Ringwood School

To consider appointing a representative to attend the Parents’ Focus Group meeting on Wednesday 19 November to discuss the school’s travel plan and broader safety issues.
