To review prioritised budget proposals for 2009/10 and confirm the base budget 2009/10 (Report)

5. Ringwood Festival
To receive minutes of the meeting of the Ringwood Festival Steering Committee held on 24 November 2008 and approve proposals therein (Report A attached).
6. Election of NPA Representative
To consider whether any members wish to be nominated to stand for election as the New Forest National Park Authority representative for Quadrant 2. Any nominations must be seconded by another Council.
7. Youth Concert – Ringwood Festival
To consider proposal to hold music event in the Market Place on a Saturday prior to the official Ringwood Festival. Town Clerk to report.
8. Freedom of Information - Model Publication Scheme
To consider adoption of the Information Commissioner’s Office New Model Publication Scheme, without modification, in order to fulfil the Town Council’s obligation to disclose information under The Freedom of Information Act (Report B attached).
9. Rugby Club – New Licence
To consider whether to submit any comments to New Forest District Council regarding an application from Ellingham & Ringwood Rugby Football Club for a licence to provide regulated entertainment, sale of alcohol and late night refreshment at the Rugby Clubhouse, Parsonage Barn Lane.
