A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Friday 20 June 2008 at 2.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 2.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 2.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 2.00pm.

Members of the public are entitled to speak on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Meeting held on 23 May 2008

2. Planning Applications

To consider applications received for periods ending 20 May, 28 May, 4 June, 11 June 2008 (schedule attached)

3. BT Payphones

To consider proposals by BT to remove three payphones in the Ringwood area (report attached)

4. Vodafone Mast

To consider proposals by Vodafone for a replacement mast at Stag Business Park

5. Proposed extraction of sand & gravel at Plumley Wood and associated development proposals at Burnt Hill Quarry and Blashford Quarry

To consider amended planning application from Tarmac Ltd (details available to view in the office or via Hampshire County Council’s website)
