A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Friday 18 July 2008 at 2.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 2.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 2.00pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 2.00pm.

Members of the public are entitled to speak on individual items on the public agenda in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Meeting held on 20 June 2008.

2. Planning Applications

To consider applications received for periods ending 18 June, 25 June, 2 July and 9 July 2008
(schedule attached - PDF).

3. Taxi Shelter

To receive an update on installation and landscaping works (Deputy Town Clerk to report).

4. Traffic Management

To receive notes of a meeting held on 4 July 2008 (PDF) and approve actions therein (to follow).
