3. New Forest National Park Plan Consultation

To consider the Town Council’s response to the Consultation ( Report and Annexes 1 & 2 and Response Form)

4. New Forest District Council – Shopping Trolleys

To consider the Town Council’s response to the Consultation on how to deal with abandoned shopping trolleys (consultation questions attached).

5. Town Access Plan

To receive a verbal update following a meeting of the Steering Group held on 1 October 2008.

6. Pedestrian Crossing – High Street

At the request of New Forest District Council, to consider the most suitable location for a pedestrian crossing in the High Street.

7. Proposed extraction of sand & gravel at Plumley Wood and associated development proposals at Burnt Hill Quarry and Blashford Quarry

To note response to amended plans, agreed in liaison with the Town Mayor, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of this Committee, which was submitted to meet the consultation deadline of 2 October.
