To reconsider this application, following receipt of further information (attached).
Note – the Committee previously recommended Officer Decision (5) as there was insufficient information in the application to make a judgement.  The key issue is whether the detached outbuilding should be included within the original floorspace calculations.

4. Committee Budget 2009/10

a) To give initial consideration to proposals for inclusion in the Committee’s budget for 2009/10 (report attached)

b) To consider issues arising from Town Plan consultations and determine the extent of any provision to be made in the budget for 2009/10 and future years for further investigation and implementation of any proposals
