4. Budget 2008/09
The Committee has not previously had its own budget since costs have been included in the Policy & Finance Committee’s budget. However, Members will need to determine whether to make any bid for residual expenditure relating to the publication of the final Town Plan. Costs of implementation of schemes should be included in programme committees’ budgets.
5.EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS
6.Town Plan Implementation Arrangements
To consider arrangements for implementation of the Town Plan and, in particular, whether a bid should be made to fund a separate appointment for this purpose. There is currently no budget provision for a Project Officer for implementation purposes for the next financial year.
