A meeting of the above Committee will be held at “Greenways” on Wednesday 13th June 2007 at 7.00 pm* or at the conclusion of the public participation session at 7.10 pm and your attendance is requested.

1.To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting held on 23rd May 2007

 

2. Land at Ashley (Folly Farm)

To consider whether any changes should be made to the management arrangements

 

3. Tennis Facilities

To receive update on condition of the tennis courts and tennis pavilion and negotiations for public access to the grass courts

 

4. Land at Long Lane

To consider quotation for installation of dragons teeth to stop vehicles parking on the Long Lane/Moortown Lane junction grass verge, contrary to the Planning Consent

 

5. Play Area Safety Inspection Report

To receive report from the consultants contracted to carry out play equipment inspections (attached)

 

6. Ringwood Flood Defence Scheme

To consider acceptance of maintenance arrangements for flood defence works undertaken on the Council’s land at The Bickerley

 

7. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS

           

8. Land adjoining Scout Hut, Strides Lane and at the rear of Ringwood Social Club, West Street

To receive update on acquisition of land

 

9. Footpath between Ringwood Junior School and Its Playing Fields in Parsonage Barn Lane

To receive update of negotiations for disposal of the footpath

 

10. Ten Acre Field

To receive report on discussions with the District Council on the terms of the Sub Lease to the Town

Council.
