4. Ringwood Junior School/Rugby Club Development at Parsonage Barn Lane
To receive updated copy of the Rugby Club’s Business Plan for the development. Representatives of the Rugby Club have been invited.
5. Land at Long Lane
To receive update report from the Town Clerk with regard to the proposed acquisition of additional land at Long Lane
6. Tree Survey
To consider tree works required on Narrow Lane/The Mount boundary and arrangements for dealing with quotations received.
7. Bickerley
To receive update on drainage proposals for the Bickerley, opposite Kingsbury Lane
8. Bickerley/Pocket Park
To receive estimate for landscape improvement works for the scheme and update report with regard to proposed timescales for the works.
9. Quomp
To consider proposal from Hampshire County Council for the Town Council to be responsible for the maintenance of the planted areas either side of the proposed road closure.
10. Jubilee Gardens
To consider proposal to invite local tree contractor to carry out maintenance of all trees in Jubilee Gardens and for display of an advertisement board
