To receive minutes of the meeting of the Ringwood Festival Steering Committee held on 15th October 2007 and approve proposals therein (attached)

To consider:
i) advertising in the Guide and;
ii) including the Guide on the Council’s website or as a linked document
11. Ringwood & Fordingbridge Talking News
To consider a proposal to produce an audio version of Council Newsletters
12. Hampshire Partnership Conference – The Sustainable Community Strategy and New Local Area Agreement
To consider authorising one Member to attend this conference to be held in Alton on Tuesday 27th November and to pay their reasonable travel expenses
13. Air Training Corps Civilian Committee
To consider appointing Cllr Ford as the Council’s representative on the above Committee
