To note that the Town Council’s funding agreement comes to an end in July 2007 and to appoint a Working Party to meet with the District Council to discuss future funding arrangements

To consider the decision by Hampshire Farmers’ Markets to discontinue markets in the town and whether the Town Council should make any further formal representations on this issue (Note:  Barbara Kennar has been invited to attend the meeting to represent the views of the Chamber of Trade)
