To consider financial implications of further review by the Recreation, Leisure and Open Spaces Committee to remove the tennis pavilion and introduce full public access to the grass and hard tennis courts (Town Clerk to report)

9. Smoke Free Policy

To consider draft Smoke Free Policy, as required by the Smoke Free Regulations due to come into effect on 1st July 2007

10. Vandalism

To receive report from Town Clerk on discussions with Police regarding vandalism at Carvers Recreation Ground

11. Use of Town Crest

To consider request from Ringwood Rangers Youth Football Club to use the Town Crest as part of its new logo (attached)

12. Christmas Lights

To receive notes of the Christmas Lights Working Party held on 11th June 2007 and consider proposals contained therein (attached)

13. Ringwood Festival

To receive minutes of the meetings of the Ringwood Festival Steering Committee held on 29th May and 11th June 2007 (attached)

14. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS

15. Graffiti at Carvers Skate Park

Town Clerk to report on arrangements for repainting the ramps in the Skate Park and recovery of costs

16. Connexions

To consider proposals for involvement by Hampshire County Council in Connexions (see attached correspondence)
