To consider agenda items for the next Informal Local Members’ Liaison Meeting to be held on a date yet to be agreed in October/November 2007
5. Survey of Taxi Ranks
To approve the Deputy Town Clerk’s response to a survey by New Forest District Council looking at the usefulness, positioning, condition and general perception of the use of taxi ranks, following the receipt of further information
6. Expenditure Plans
To give preliminary consideration in the light of the decision at Council on the level of next year’s budget
