To consider an Appeal by Churchill Retirement Living Limited against NFDC’s decision to refuse planning application number 07/89487 for proposed office building, cycle and refuse storage building, external store and associated car parking and landscaping (Grounds of Appeal attached)

8. Street Lighting

To approve details of bid submitted for possible inclusion in Hampshire County Council’s Community Safety Initiative Street Lighting Programme for 2008/09

9. Training

To consider authorising attendance of Members at “Planning Workshop – Responding to Planning Applications”, to be hosted by HALC and delivered by Community and Regional Planning Services on Thursday 7th February 2008 at Chilworth Manor Hotel, near Southampton

10. Date of Next Committee Meeting

To consider moving the date of the next meeting to Friday 11th January 2008
