A meeting of the Town Council will be held at the Public Offices, 65 Christchurch Road, Ringwood on Wednesday 21st November 2007 at 6.30pm and your attendance is requested.

Public Participation:
*The meeting will be preceded by a public participation period of up to 10 minutes at 6.30pm. If no member of the public wishes to speak to the Council, the meeting will start at 6.30pm.
Members of the public are entitled to speak on individual items that include a recommendation to Council in accordance with the Council’s public participation scheme.

2. Suspension of Standing Orders

At the suggestion of the Mayor, to suspend Standing Orders to allow Members to speak more than once on the following item

3. New Forest Local Development Framework – Core Strategy

To consider the District Council’s Core Strategy document (previously circulated) and the Town Clerk’s report thereon (attached). 
A copy of the response form for completion is attached for Members information.
